Exchange, Return, and Warranty Policy
30-Day Limited Exchange Policy
We offer a 30-day limited exchange policy. Only defective radios or accessories can be exchanged for new ones. It is essential to order the correct radio model. If you are unsure about which radio type or model you need, please call us for assistance. We can verify model numbers over the phone to help avoid any issues.
Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of purchase and in its original condition, including all documentation, paperwork, and packaging materials. The merchandise must be in resalable condition with no damage to boxes, dents or dings on radios, broken batteries, or bent antennas.
Please note that radios and accessories that are custom-built or specially ordered to meet a customer’s specific needs (items not typically in stock) are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. While we strive to maintain adequate stock levels for regular items, returning radios to the manufacturer can be difficult due to incorrect options, frequencies, or channel numbers selected by the customer.
To help us keep our prices low, please order exactly what you need. If an exception is made, a restocking fee of 25% may apply.
Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)
Before shipping any merchandise, you must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Packages sent without an RMA will be denied. Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase in their original condition, with all documentation, paperwork, and packaging materials. The items must be resalable, with no damage to boxes, no dents or dings on radios, no broken batteries, or bent antennas.
For any warranty issues regarding Two-Way Radios and accessories, you may return the items to us or send them directly to the manufacturer. For the manufacturer's contact information, please call us.
What is Non-Refundable?
- Price exceptions offered by the original vendor are non-refundable once the merchandise has been shipped to us. In these cases, the vendor may charge a restocking fee of up to 25%, excluding shipping costs.
- Special orders or custom orders placed through the original vendor are non-refundable.
- Shipping fees are NOT refundable.
- Customers are responsible for shipping to and from for warranty and exchanges due to customer error.
- Custom-built, engraved, or modified radios, as well as any accessories, batteries, or expedited items specially ordered from the manufacturer, are NOT refundable.
