Order Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST will be processed on the next business day.

  • You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Options & Estimated Delivery Times
We offer the following shipping options within the United States:

  • Standard Shipping (3-7 Business Days)

  • Expedited Shipping (2-3 Business Days)

  • Overnight Shipping (1 Business Day)

Shipping times are estimates and may vary based on carrier delays, weather conditions, and other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Rates

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of your order.

 

International Shipping
Currently, we do not offer international shipping. We only ship to addresses within the United States.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your package through the carrier’s website.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, at this time.

  • We ship to APO/FPO addresses if using USPS.

  • Certain products may have specific shipping restrictions due to federal or state regulations.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

  • Land O' Radios is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they have been handed over to the carrier.

  • If your package is lost or damaged, please contact us so that we may start the claim for your package. In most cases, we will ship out a replacement on the same day. This depends on how the carrier wants to handle the claim.
